It is very important that we have a Photo Opt-Out and Handbook Acknowledgement form for every student at Miscoe Hill. There are several families that have not filled out this important electronic form for Photo-Opt Out and Student-Family Handbook Acknowledgement. If you have not submitted the forms, please do so today.
When filling out the Photo Opt-Out, please check off the bottom portion form only if you DO NOT want your child/children photographed. If you give would like to give permission, you can skip this step and proceed to the next page.
For the Student-Family Handbook portion, families that prefer a printed copy of the handbook may request so on the electronic form and submit the attached acknowledgment form.
